In this first phase, we’ll lay the foundation for everything that follows by focusing on grounding and connecting deeply with your soul’s calling. You'll align with your values, and understand more about the work you want to do.  You’ll build a solid foundation of self-accountability and responsibility to take inspired action.

In this phase, we will dive into your unique design—the soul blueprint you were born with. By understanding your unique personal design, you'll gain deep insights into how to align your life and decisions with your unique energy and purpose. This is about activating your inherent gifts and knowing your personal blueprint for success.

Resistance is inevitable on the path to purpose, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. In this phase, you’ll explore resistance archetypes and learn how to reframe negative thought patterns, and master the art of healthy boundaries. You’ll also learn tools to protect your energy and stay aligned with your soul’s truth.

  • Healing Fear and Resistance: Understand and transform the fear that keeps you stuck procrastinating or in confusion or overwhelm, so that you can create more nervous system resiliency and compassion to move forward in your dreams.

In Phase 4, we explore the heart space—healing old wounds and opening yourself up to receive the blessings of the universe. Understand the frequency of acceptance, compassion and forgiveness as we cultivate self-love and explore generational healing.

  • Healing Through Compassion: Learn to release old wounds and step into the freedom of forgiveness.  Learn to cultivate a more loving relationship to your body image.

Q&A Section

 
 

  • Yes! We will meet on Zoom.  All of the live training sessions will be recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you can watch at your convenience. 

  • We’ll meet live on Zoom three times a month. 

    Training sessions are 90 minutes- 2 hours; typically every 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Thursday of the month.

    While attending live is recommended to get the most out of the experience, all sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up whenever it works best for you.

  • You can expect to dedicate about 2 hours per week for the live session and additional time for self-reflection and journaling. Applying and practicing what you’ve learned is encouraged to be interwoven into your day to day.  Although we have a container of time together each week, your transformation and dedication will carry into your everyday life as you implement shifts. Your dedication and commitment is your choice. Show up how you can.  There is no myth of perfection here.
